With a menu designed by Executive Chef Scott Kidd, the Branding Iron Cafe specializes in quality ingredients, generous portions, and the down-home comfort of a country kitchen and a traditional American diner, all rolled into one. Southern favorites such as biscuits and gravy, a barbecue poor boy, and chicken and dumplings are featured alongside regional specialties ranging from Philly cheesesteak to Hawaiian shrimp salad to a spicy Santa Fe chicken wrap. On the international scene, Baja seafood ceviche, our famous tortilla soup, and huevos rancheros mix it up with a tangy teriyaki chicken breast, Italian wrap, Chinese chop salad, and 10-layer lasagna.

Barona's Asian noodle shop and newest taste sensation is now open. Ho Wan, which means "good luck" in Chinese, features a variety of exotic Asian flavors including Thai Red Curry Chicken, Philippine Pancit and Korean Kim Chee.
